Hervé Léger offers complimentary returns on all full-price items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all security tags and packaging intact. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring the security tag remains attached to the garment.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package over any previous shipping information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
